    Yep i got swipes on my first try. Then master swipes on my 5th try. Just from these guy’s vids. But yea your right, you need a certain foundation of physical ability to be able to adapt to these moves. If you can get these moves early…then…damn your F’in lucky

    these guys are paid …
    these guys are paid to make it sound/look easy… they never truthfully tell you that there’s a whole line of training/conditioning and mentally understanding moves like Mills, 1990s, 2000s, Air Chairs and what not…
    It’s all about how much you train… realistically you wouldn’t get a move instantly on the first try or even the first 10 tries… if you do… are you lucky.
