sit down like she did, i’m going to tell it for the right side.
both hand to the right of you, put them on the floor, but do that so you can lean on it. (the left arm has to be allmost at your knee. the right in your taille for your pants dunno how to call i’m sorry) then lean on those two arms and find precise balance. if you do on the right side then your right legg would lean on your left arm. try it out a little, i suck in english, sorry Good luck
