    Its a different type of squat for breakdancing, just more stress goes to the knee instead of the hips if the heel was flat. Not a big deal if you learn it progressively and don’t overdo things!!!

    Not the way she is doing the squats, bad for the knees, you never extend your knees past your feet, puts too much stress on knee’s so when you get older, you can’t walk without being in pain.

    Just do 5 six step …
    Just do 5 six step rotations, after your fifth go down and do 5 push ups. At least do a 25 of each in total during a session. Do pull ups, always push yourself. Did 8 one day, do 10 the next and so on. Build up your stamina, the bboy with more stamina will most likely win in the end of a battle. Do your pushups and sit ups everday. When sessioning, don’t get shy and and just go in, get on your knees, and do a windmill from turtle. Go in and do a full set with toprock, footwork, and freezes
