    @monkeyrahha I think maybe you put a lot pressure on them or maybe because you didn’t get used to break-dance yet
    don’t start hard on them just be careful because the knees are expensive they hold all your upper body be careful I hope you good luck !!

    i have some problems doing this. im new to break dancing. well thats a lie. never did it before. this is the first thing i ever tryed out. cuz i heard it was the easiest. anyway while doing this my knees started hurting a lot. is that okay or what?
