@jettaletta to do … @jettaletta to do the windmill you first have to know how to do the baby freeze position first and thatys what i did so heres some training stuff to help you have strength with the windmill and baby freeze, stretch your body from top to bottom for 15 minutes, skip on the skipping rope for 30 minutes or more and strech again and try doind the windmill i hope it helped add me if you cant get it or any more questions message me
@jumboh0tdawg here … @jumboh0tdawg here are some training stuff i did to not be weak and do the windmill you have to have strength and here are the training thing you have to do for 2 hours, stretch every part of you body from top to bottom and then go on the skiping rope for 30 minutes and more stretch again and do it for 2 days or just try doing the windmill i hope it helped !

@jettaletta o and … @jettaletta o and the whole point of leaning on ur head is to just get the feel for the height at which ur hips should be when ur doing the windmill. the higher ur hips are the less ur gonna get injured and the easier the windmill becomes. dont raise ur hips TOO high tho cuz then ur windmill can look really gay and unclean. its all about how crisp and clean u execute the power moves before they look satisfying to the eye. peace and good luck
@jettaletta u arent … @jettaletta u arent able to lean on ur head prob because ur not comfertable enuf in the handglide/baby freeze position. u gotta feel really light in that position and u no u have a pretty good baby freeze/handglide if u are able to breathe or talk comfertably in that position. if u get any of these freezes down then the wind up for the windmill will become much more easier so u will get more momentum.
