Everyone has been asking the pimp daddy of windmills bboy remedy to make his own version of the windmill tutorial. Here it is ya’ll remedy teaching and droppin knowledge on windmills. I made my tutorial almost 3 years ago and although it has been helpful to many this is just another tutorial with a different perspective.

hey man i really need help… iv got good windmills but when i try barrels i fk up. like im not use to going on my head. and iv tried using my head. it bloody hurts so bad. any tips on easing the pain? or tips in general from windmill > barrel. thanks man.

@karl1229 Well it helps if you are flexible but i can tell you right now i am not flexible at all. I am recently starting to stretch more often to get my legs in shape but flexibility does help in some areas. When you are flexilble you can do a few different positions and bend your legs in crazy ways for freezes. I would say work on flexibility

does flexibility play a part in windmills as well?cos i kinda have a inflexibility issue and i cant whip my legs well.i just wanted to ask if hip flexibility plays a part as well or leg flexibility i noticed i cant whip my headspins 2000s and 1990s as well due to an inflexibility issue

Something you might …
Something you might want to mention: Keeping your hips higher than your head. Hips being high gives your legs clearance not to crash.

Dirty lies, I got one windmill down easy and I can get back to the “crab” position, but I can’t get back to whipping. My legs end up coming down so I can’t really whip again without making it smooth.
