exercises for a breakdancer!?

I am 15 years old, weigh 70kg( sorry don’t know by Ibs) at 170 – 175cm, I know it might be a simple questions to you all but I just gotten into a new hobbies break dancing ! Its fun and exciting something I would want to do like battle top b-boys in the world!

I want to know how to gain more strength inside (like do a one handed stand for more than 1 minute and a lot more power moves in break dancing) I don’t want to start with weight lifting, only light weight is alright though and I don’t want to build muscle like bodybuilders and how to get myself more flexible.

I want you to set up my exercise in order also instructions to get myself more flexible. I am really determined to work hard for it! What exercise I should do thank you.

You might try Yoga for flexibility and some classes in martial arts, aerobics, maybe even swimming. Be sure to warm-up really good and stretch. Don’t get hurt!
Massage is really amazing to make one more flexible and able to do more, helps to recover and heal also.
