We both gained Arab custom because of living among the Arabs but at the same time Arab Muslims conquered Spain so there is a lot of mixture among Spanish Jews and Arabic Jews, as well as among Arabs and Spaniards but you can generally distinguish by the surname.

Mizrahi=3.1 million
Ashkenazi=2.8 million
Sephardi=.725 million
You are confusing worldwide population and Israel’s population. Ashkenazi Jews are more prominent worldwide but Mizrahi are more prominent in Israel.

No ballsoffury you are way off. Most Israelis are Ashkenazi (from eastern europe), there is also a sizeable Sephardic (spanish) population. Mizrahi (middle eastern) jews are in the minority.

mizrahi means oriental jews. Jews from spain and them sorts of places are called Sephardi jews. Also israel is made up of about half are ashkenazi and the other half are sephardi
